Jotax has been working with MMS since the mid 80's. Initially the work was on site at Matra as high frequency / high power RF work needed expensive test equipment not available in house.
More recently Jotax has operated off site as the type of work has progressed to stand alone development projects rather then "flight" or "space" designs.
Through 1997 to '99 Jotax has completed several of this type of project for MMS. The work has ranged from 1.6Gig Duroid on Aluminium prototype high power amplifier stages to ASIC test PCB hardware.
Some of the hardware has been to Matra design. In these instances JCS provided the PCB design services and carried the PCB's through to board assembly and part test.
The rest of the hardware has been to JCS specified architecture and design. In these instances extensive 16bit embedded microcontroller programming has been undertaken. The final hardware was typically supplied with handbooks to underpin the work.
